There’s an old saying that you should replace your toothbrush every three months. But if yours gets worn out quicker, replace it when the bristles get misshapen. 

4. Consider Using Mouthwash

Not everyone needs mouthwash. But if you’re looking to boost your oral health, mouthwash is ideal.

Of course, mouthwash should never replace brushing and flossing. Mouthwash should act as a supplement to your oral health routine. Just make sure to choose a mouthwash with fluoride, which can help prevent cavities and protect your teeth.

Brushing, flossing, and mouth-washing alone aren’t enough to protect your teeth and mouth. You also need general dentistry at least twice per year.
