At Queen City Dental Arts, we are committed to doing everything in our power to make dental care affordable for you and your family. Our dentist and team in Charlotte, North Carolina, will accept all insurance providers, however, the in-network providers we work with are only the following:
- Cigna® Medicare HMO
- Cigna® DPPO
- Delta Dental® Premier Network
- Guardian DentalGuard Preferred Network
- Grid+ Network.
- Liberty Dental Through Blue Medicare Advantage HMO
To support our troops, we are proud to be in-network with TRICARE®.
When we file your insurance, we work hard to make sure you receive your full dental benefits. However, you are personally responsible for keeping tabs on your insurance coverage and account. If your claim has not been paid in 60 days after receiving care, please contact your insurance provider.
To pay for the portion of the charges of your treatment, we take cash, check, Visa®, American Express, Discover® and Mastercard®. For another financial resource, we work with CareCredit® and offer no-interest financing to make payments. We also offer an in-house benefit plan for those patients who are uninsured.
